This second installment from the Audio Works imprint brings to you a unique collection courtesy of Q Project, one of the top producers in the Drum and Bass scene.
Q Project aka Jason Greenhalgh (one half of the famous duo Total Science), has made a massive impact on the Drum and Bass sound and has inspired many other producers to follow in his path. Over the years, Q Project has transformed Drum Bass, adding a Rave edge back into it and making it more accessible to a wider audience worldwide keeping the sound real, credible and experimental. He has remained a major player in the Drum and Bass scene and continues the rock and shock the masses. Q Project's first release "Champion Sound" haunts him today and is still been played out and sold; this man and his music is in demand. He has had releases on many of the top Drum and Bass labels and is going from strength to strength, DJ'ing all over the world representing his sound, and running the labels CIA, Skindeep and (just recently) Advance. Q Project has also made quite an impression on the Breaks and Beats genre. Adam Freeland, Rennie Pilgrim, Patrick Forge and Giles Peterson are keen followers of the Total Science Beats and Breaks sound. Featured on this LP is a collection of Q Project's finest musical moments. It includes three exclusive tracks "Loosetalk", "Remote Controls", and "Wizzkid", and also two remixes of "Champion Sound" from none other than Bad Company and Doc Scott. It also includes an A-Sides remix of "Trouble". Priced to entice, this album is a genuine bargain which won't disappoint. |
